He really cares about his clients and works very hard to get things done right for his clients. He always goes about and beyond to do his job the best way possible. Helped me stay calm threw all the stress but didn't let me get pushed around by the other people. He explained things to me that I didn't understand. Great at answering my questions and making me feel confident in our case. He really knows his job!

In 2016, my wife and I were in a car wreck that totaled our car and left my wife with some debilitating injuries that required about 4 months of therapy to (mostly) heal. At first, I was stressed enough with life and just wanted to get it all over with as fast as possible. However, we had a few people advise us to get an attorney just in case -- especially since the wreck involved multiple parties and an uninsured motorist. We contacted Jim on the recommendation of a friend and ended up hiring him to represent us. I'm extremely glad we did! Once all the medical bills and insurance stuff started coming in, things got overwhelming very quickly. It was invaluable to have Jim and his office there to answer questions, handle all of the details, and communicate with these other parties. The process did take a while since we ended up filing a lawsuit to receive a fair settlement, but it ended well and my wife got the help she needed. My only regret is I didn't have him involved from the beginning! I'd highly recommend him.

Jim Jinks represented me in a law suit with an insurance company from the summer of 2016 to the final judgement on October 24, 2017. This law suit resulted from an auto accident that occurred October 13, 2015. He and Carla worked long and hard to get me the best settlement possible. Jim began fighting a shady insurance company for me on a car accident I was injured in back in 2012. He is an excellent communicator, and is fantastic at what he does. Jim and Carla made what was an awful experience very pleasant for me. He took the time to make sure I understood all of my options and I never felt confused or overwhelmed. We fought on this case for quite some time, and Jim never threw in the towel. He negotiated on my medical bills and got the fees reduced significantly. If I had handled this on my own there is no way I could have won, or had any money taken home for my troubles. I know that for a fact.
