After waiting for a month i finally got my date to go in and was treated so poorly by the staff of mrs. Ortiz I had an appointment at 2:00 and was 10 minutes early so asked what time they would be able to see me the secretary responded there were 5 people in front of me so I told her I have an appointment she then responded YOU ARE AT MRS ORTIZE's time Not The Other Way Around ¿ I was like what ?? I couldn't believe that was her response if you have an appointment it's for a reason! (( I wouldn't have minded waiting for 30))so I asked how long I would have to wait she responded with very heavy attitude 1-3 hours so that's where I decided to just step out and leave I then reached out to the corporate office of tessy Ortiz and explained The situation, they told me that it was unacceptable response and that TESSY ORTIZ would be calling me back personally lol it's been a month now and no call !!! So just had to give her and her crew a thumbs down, a negative review and 1start just because there's no 0 star I waisted 1 month waiting on my appointment because I was really wanting her to represent my immigration case but not what I was expecting ! You go in there with high hopes and wanting to better your self but instead you get mis treated and be littled by the secretary so sad but that's what you get when you go with her thanks for reading I hope this helps anyone thinking of going with her !

Despues de mucho tiempo de estar buscando finalmente me decidi por el Despacho Ortiz. Mi experiencia personal fue muy grata, desde que hable por telefono me atendieron super bien y lo mejor de todo en español fluido y profesional, me atendieron como lo que soy un cliente, con cortesia y trataron de resolverme todas mis dudas, Mi cita fue personalmente con la Abogada Tessy Ortiz por que asi lo especifique al momento que hice mi llamada y asi fue, yo lo aclare, mi experiencia fue muy grata y los recomiendo ampliamente sobra decir que mi caso fue un exito. La abogada es muy especializada y se enfoca encontrar cual es procedimiento al que puedes calificar. La oficina en Irving esta bien bonita y amplia, limpia y aunque la espera fue un poco extendida valio la pena, la calidad no se encuentra en todos lados. Muchas gracias Despacho Ortiz y a su equipo de trabajo.
