I was assigned another attorney Asma who was equally very competent, such a sweet lady. My green card was approved a day after my interview. Top notch service. Thank you very much

Let me start with letting everyone know that John W. Lawit is the best immigration attorney. I have known Mr. Lawit's for past 8 years where he filed for my initial H1-B. Since then he has always been available for any consultation and guidance. His ability to solve complex situations easily makes your life so much easy. I had a situation wherein, I was in the process of H1-B transfer and the attorney of my new company was of no help. He was not even available to engage. I reached out to Mr. Lawit for the guidance and he really got things straightened out. I called John’s office with an emergency immigration issue. I am not from the DFW area and I needed to find a local professional lawyer who could assist. I was working under extreme time constraints and required quick turnaround advice. John returned my call promptly and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the issue I was facing. Bad vibes in a $100 Zoom call. Intuition is key in this life. No thanks. Response to owner: With all clarity. Having your wife call me back and berate me about a refund after being told I was not getting a refund was not the best way to go about the experience. I said it was ok that I was not getting a refund. Subsequently was called back and then offered a refund. I called and shared my experience with the rep on the phone (Mrs. Lawitt) and was explicitly told no refunds for a 5 min call where the lawyer seemed not have been told why I was in need of support. Initially I let the rep on the phone know what I needed from their office. When Jenny (Mrs. Lawit) called back to take the payment I advised her also of what I needed. At the time of the $100 (up to 30 min - $200 per hour) Zoom call I had to explain everything all over again. Mr. Lawitt introduced himself after being about 5 mins late and asked me what we needed. He proceeded to ask how many people lived in my home (not how many kids to you have), and asked how many people lived in our joint sponsors house. This gave me the impression that he may have been making assumptions... That being said the process of marriage status changes is not fun. I totally understand people do things to get citizenship that is not right. However, for me choosing an advocate that in my gut feels right is the best option for me. The response of the owner stating that I didn’t “understand” his line of question comes across in a way of implied ignorance on my part. If that would have been the case I would have hoped to have been handled with more care and understanding. I sincerely wish all people associated with the organization blessing, grace and peace. All is well, no worries. Best $100 spent in a long time.

John is the best immigration attorney that I have ever met/interviewed/worked during my 6-month long search. I’d like to share my selection criteria below: 1. Integrity 2. Knowledge 3. Professionalism 4. Cost When I met John in his office, he answered all my questions and kept asking me ‘any other questions?’, until I said ‘No’ with smiling. Then he started to input my information in his laptop. I had to stop him because I could not remember all the data that he needed. This gave me a great impression that John is caring about my case by ‘ACTION’ (different than some other attorneys just talking and talking without much details). Recently, I wanted to discuss with him about the possibility of changing a service center. He responded my email very quickly and scheduled an appointment with me directly. What mostly amazing thing was that John even remaindered me of the next day’s appointment via email. He even asked me if a 30-minute meeting would be enough due to his next appointment conflict. John has a great team as well. They are all very friendly and professional. By the way, the cost from John’s service is slightly cheaper than others, not even taking into consideration of John’s 40 years’ immigration attorney experience. I highly recommend Mr. John W. Lawit as your immigration attorney. He is the best!
