Michael Kagramanian did take care of me thank you Michael and the team. Hopefully,someone from this law firm can reach out to the TexPress Expressway team and develop relationship and get some video footage to help future clients.Apparently, TexPress says they'll provide footage only to lawyers and police even though Michael tried multiple times but they refused to provide Michael the evidence we needed to help my case tremendously. Obviously ,TexPress really doesn't mean what they say they'll do. Again thank you Michael for helping me.

Did a conference call over the phone and set an appointment to come in face-to-face. Spoke with Megan, who was extremely nice and helped me with all my paperwork to get my settlement started. They referred me to a top notch, physical therapist and also one step-by-step with me on all my medical needs. Michael was my finance consultant who was extremely good!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s been hurt!! They even made sure I was paid for days. I had to takeoff due to my injuries. Also helps me find an amazing therapist for my PTSD, which I still currently see after my settlement.

The list is long. I was bounced around to I can't even remember how many lawyers. My settlement after documenting a herniated disc, missed work, stress, etc. Barley covered my medical bills. The craziest part. IT TOOK OVER A YEAR AFTER MY SETTLEMENT TO GET MY PAYMENT... LOL. INSANE. Calling and calling and getting no communication on why I'm not getting paid. The last lawyer I worked with was good but my settlement took over 2 years to get paid. I pray I never need a lawyer again but definitely won't go back to them.

When I first signed on with the law firm, I was having a very rocky start. I endured challenge after challenge. Then I was assigned Michael Kagramanian and he made life and my case not only manageable he gave me hope for the law firm again. Michael Kagramanian is definitely a godsend and I'm forever grateful for his services!

Extremely unpleasant experience. I called a couple of times on 7/19/2024 at 1:46pm. The first lady hung up on me after I asked her to transfer me to someone with a better knowledge than her. My question to her was "if they had an attorney who could represent a client who is a resident in Texas but was involved in a car accident in New Jersey?" She could not comprehend a simple question. I placed a second call, and someone else answered. I asked if I could speak to a manager or a supervisor. Once again I did not get anywhere. This is the first and last time I will attempt to refer a client to Thomas J. Henry Law.
