They wouldn't take my wife's premises liability case, which should have been a slam dunk. Disappointed.

Did not take my case. Will not exercise all options for you. As open and shut my case is for a settlement they wouldn't even represent for an easy check. Idk y'all good luck with them. "Statute of Repose"

I am a disabled combat veteran and they are and have "represented" me in the 3M suit. So far, when I call they are never available to speak with me. I have submitted documents and forms three times now and they still do not have accurate information on my medical. They are taking 40% of my future settlement, even with their lack of assistance and communication. And this never went to trial, this is all settlement. Other cases associated went to trial, but not mine. I am now dealing with a new law firm even though they are my representation. Why? What is the point of having a lawyer when they just send you to another lawyer? This has been one of the worst choices I made in life and might cost me 5k or more in potential settlement. Would not recommend anyone using them as their representation in court.

Well, all I can say is that I’m very disappointed to anybody else looking for the law firm. Make sure you do your research because I’ve went through six different attorneys. They are terrible at communication and when you do settle, make sure you read the contract because they want a nickel and dime for everything And i’m the victim, and I’m the one that hired them and you’re the one that’s going through everything it is baffles me today of how people just take advantage of people first they want to tell you it’s 37% and then they tell you it’s 42% and then they can charge you all the way up to 50% and then when they do settle they don’t take their settlement out that they want to take part of my settlement as client expenses on top of what they settle for and when you asked for an itemize deductions, they act like it’s inconvenience to you so my question is that how does the attorney make more money off the case than the client can you explain that?

If you’re wanting an agency with nothing but your best interest in mind, an agency that will be with you every step of the way for a fair settlement then you’re in the right place. Scott Brinkerhoff and Victor Rivera were dragon slayers. Mr. Brinkerhoff left no stone unturned on our case. The other party tried every trick in the book but Scott was unfazed. He knows his stuff and this agency is the best. You deserve the best. Thank you Scott and thank you Victor.

Emailed an inquiry regarding filing a suit against an uninsured driver who had hit me. I received a text message from a Kevin and was given a number to call. Called number and spoke with a representative and gave her all my information, was put on hold, had to give the same exact information over after she had a coughing fit in my ear. Representative didn't give name but kept putting me on hold then would get back on to ask more questions. Was informed that I could not be helped but was given a referral number. When asked why I wasn't able to be helped, all she told me was her supervisor told her I couldn't. I informed her my email had included all of the information, I had given her, and asked why Kevin would have me call in if I never was going to get assistance. Which I had received 3 consecutive texts, while I was at work, from Kevin. Not to mention 2 phone calls. No answer was given, just repeated "ums" my entire call was "um" after "um". When she finally gave me her name, Megan Flores, she states she is an attorney. There was absolutely no professionalism with this call. I felt I was on the phone with a teenager.
