My first lawyer Kyle Jackson was amazing, he kept constant contact with ask me about anything I needed and was glad to help. Then my case gets transferred to another lawyer Mr. Harrison, he didn't knw any details about the case, didn't knw that I was already done with physical therapy, he said the had to get the medical records to send them to the adjuster the first time we spoke. That was 3 months ago, talked with him today and he said the same thing. But I had to call him, because it seems he doesn't respond to emails. At this point I feel like im being put on the back burner with this new attorney. So I have mixed feelings about this firm
