I respect what Thomas J. Henry Law is doing for me they are my voice when something for my injury isn't going right. All the lawyers and case managers are always nice and friendly when talking to them. They are courteous and understanding when it comes to your injury and how you are feeling. If you our injured I highly recommend Thomas J. Henry Law. They will do what it takes to get the job done.

I hired this firm on Oct.14th the day after my son and I were rear-ended by someone driving at high speed. Worst mistake I've made to date. This was my first major accident; I had just started my job exactly 30 days prior the accident; and needed to make sure our medical was taken care of since my insurance hadn't kicked in yet. I expressed the pain I was in, and the uncertainty of how to proceed with the medical care and billing to Miles Peterson, who came to my house and met with me. Mr. Peterson took my information, my son's information and details about the accident. Our case was assigned to Hayden Carlos, and later reassigned to Jelan Cato. In all their assigning and reassigning, at no point did they send a new contract detailing they were ONLY covering physical injury. Up until Oct.26th, my last communication with Hayden Carlos, I was still emailing him my ride share receipts and asking about the details of my car. On Oct.27th I emailed the notice regarding the auction to Ms. Cato who was going to follow up, but didn't. On Oct.29th I asked Jelan Cato what was the status of the repairs. Fast forward to Friday, Nov.19th, I stopped by the Dallas police pound, my car was still there and due to be auctioned on Monday, Nov.22nd (which was also my son's 17th birthday). At the appointment with the doctor they referred me to: my BP was 179/107, dangerously high; and her remedy to lower my pressure was a prescription for pain, but the pharmacy turned out to be in Houston and they were going to ship the medication in 3 business days. That was my final straw. On Nov.1st, I sent an email to every lawyer associated with my case, terminating our relationship. I followed it up with a certified letter on Nov.13th. I still don't have my file. The emotional stress my family has endured because of this firm cannot be properly expressed. All lawyers know another firm can't assist you until your current lawyer releases you. They are intentionally preventing my family from seeking new representation, as well as delaying the medical care that I am in desperate need of. The only reason to choose this firm, is if you have an interest in becoming a law class case study on negligence (and intentional) infliction of emotional distress.

The best Firm out there !

Although I have not needed to use TJH’s services, I think it’s is awesome of them to pick up cases from the Astroworld concert.
