Very satisfied with my experience. They always updated me with my case and answered any questions that I had.

I was hit from behind by a penske truck in September 2023. Police and ambulance were called. I was checked out and went to the hospital and later found out that I had a herniated disc in my neck and lower back. Lawyers had me going to these appointments after a month, and a half was cleared to not do any more pt. Not once did this law firm reach out to me, I would have to call them to get any update. Today, 02-21-24, I called to see what's going on, and I was informed that they weren't taking my case anymore, and I asked when that was decided, and I was told it was the beginning of January that this was decided. DON'T USE THIS LAW FIRM THEY'RE WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, now I get an email saying they're dropping the case, and they have my name spelled wrong on the email and put yesterday's date. Wow

I was put through the wringer a bit with my attorney changing several times before I got Sam Bavafa…once I received a call from him things went at a rapid pace. He kept me on top of my auto accident case every step of the way. Sam is extremely professional and is very easy to chat with over the phone. I truly appreciate his attention to detail along with his ability to keep me in the loop the whole way through. You will be lucky if you are able to have Sam represent you. If you are a Veteran with a 3M lawsuit DO NOT USE Thomas J Henry - they will take over 40% of what you get back on the initial claim and then they want to charge you at least $1k to file the EIF portion of the claim - WAY BETTER LAWFIRMS charging less of a percentage. I should have done my homework better when I signed up with them back in 2019. They are screwing Veterans with their almost 44%***UPDATE July 24, 2024 - It is two days before the deadline for the EIF Claim and there has been ZERO communication from Thomas J Henry - numerous calls and they REFUSE to give clients any information. They have provided false timelines time and time again.

TJH was absolutely great to work with. I got in an accident during quarantine in 2021 and everything was shut down but they still worked so hard to make sure I had the care I needed. Scott Brinkerhoff was absolutely amazing. Communicative, clear, and worked tirelessly to fight for me. I would highly recommend them, especially Mr. Brinkerhoff! Thank you TJH for going to battle for me.

The attorney that you sent to me was a biased. She tried to tell me that the woman had. She tried to tell me I was stalking the woman. It's a public street your company and that attorney worthless
