Chris Harding was the third attorney I considered for what I knew would be a very difficult and complicated divorce. The others didn’t come close, but I could tell very quickly Chris was intelligent, professional, had a great deal of expertise in family law, had integrity and was not afraid to fight for what was right. He was the right attorney for the job. Then I saw all the 5 star reviews and knew I had made the right choice. Chris was on top of every surprise, every twist and turn until a favorable outcome for me was achieved much faster than expected. The 5 star reviews are real. I found them all to be true. Chris Harding has truly gone beyond the average lawyer during my divorce case. I know this because I'm an advocate for women going through the divorce process and see how other lawyers serve their clients. Chris's communication follow-up has been stellar. If he didn't have an answer he would always let me know where he was in the process of getting it for me. I appreciated his ability to clarify details every step of the way. Oh boy, attorneys!! Then there is Chris Harding, the best. I hired him to represent me in a nasty divorce. After having been through several attorneys, I was reluctant to “try again” but not expecting anything more than being treated like cattle. Chris was very personable and truly concerned. He would stay in contact with me consistently. If I didn’t respond to him he would follow up until he got me. That is something you don’t find in a lawyer. He gave me excellent advice, even when I didn’t want to hear it. He’s smart, patient but tough in court. He saved me money when he knew I wouldn’t get anywhere in court. I was going in and out of court with my ex-husband for custody battles. Needing a lawyer, I Googled some and called Chris for advice. One could say I luckily picked the best lawyer in the metroplex from Google! My case was not a simple one or a short one, and no matter the obstacles, he fought and fought for me and my child's happiness! He is super smart and puts his knowledge and heart into all his work. Going through a divorce, Chris was referred to me as the “guy” I needed to go see. As a man, a man not wanting to get divorced, a man that loved his wife, I was incredibly scared, worried, and anxious how divorce could threaten and destroy the financial security of my life, and the live’s of my children. Let’s face reality, it normally does not go well for the man in a divorce. I met Chris for the first time and explained to him what/everything that was going on between my wife and I. He never promised me anything unrealistic, but explained to me the rules, laws, and broke everything down regarding how things work within Texas Law. And that we would operate and navigate those laws to procure the best outcome. So, we went to work. Chris told me exactly what I needed to provide him regarding documents, numbers, and time lines. He encouraged me to do my homework, and he also did his. I was prepared. Chris was prepared. Chris communicated very well with me, and was always available to take calls, emails, or text when I had questions. He was very professional when he referred to my wife, and also very respectful and cultivated a very professional relationship with the opposing law firm. Final outcome: I left my marriage better off financially than when I entered it. Because of Chris’ hard work and preparation, my life, home, finances, family, and retirements were safe and secure. I walked out of mediation feeling good. Feeling like I could breathe again. He did a great job. The one thing that impressed me the most was Chris’ integrity. Chris did everything he could to get things done quickly as possible, and did things in ways to save me money in lawyer fees. I was very impressed with Chris. He knows his craft well. He has integrity. Because of Chris, I have my home, my retirements, investments, and my family is financially safe and secure. We are better off than we were before we began this journey. It’s my hope to never have to recommend a lawyer to someone because of divorce, but if I do, with certainty I will recommend Chris.

Chris fought the good fight for me when going after a company that owed my company money for several years. So many different things transpired along the way and Chris shifted gears seamlessly and accordingly, every time. After a long crusade, Chris was able to collect from the other side! I hired Chris in 2022 after my wife filed for divorce and was in a battle for custody of my triplets.
