Mrs. Poblenz representation is superb, this is my first time going through a custody case, and she exceeds my expectations at every hearing. She will tell you how she expects the hearing to go, and try her best to make sure exactly what she said will happen, happens. She's insightful, and very knowledgeable of the court proceedings, and will not back down, truly fighting for her clients. Although this is my first time going through this type of ordeal, I am SOO glad this is the attorney I chose, and wouldn't choose another attorney, even if given the chance to. I love Mrs Poblenz and her no nonsense approach, she's very courteous and thoughtful of your situation, but doesn't play around in court. If you read this, take my advice, choose Poblenz.

Was referred through metlife insurance. I needed assistance disputing a massive bill sent from the property I was renting. He answered immediately, but was unable to help due to him driving. A little odd, but I still have him a chance. Huge mistake. He asked that I email the bill to him, which I did. No response. I followed up, he answered, and said he had missed it, but would review and return my call. That never happened and I could never reach him after that. I lost out on hundreds because the only way to reduce my bill partially, was to sign that I agreed with the other charges by a deadline. I couldn't reach him by the deadline. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM, BECAUSE HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR YOUR CASE.

This so-called lawyer is again recommended/part of MetLife Legal Plan like what other reviewer mentioned , I got his information there he only answered twice but the second follow up was a challenge to get him on the phone, even on emails I feel like he don't even care much unless u are REALLY PROFITABLE to him! I GET that it's a number game but come on if u want to be a high power top of the line lawyer, u might as well sign up to a fancy firm to get top tier clientele! 🙄 I've met other lawyers that's way more professional and a lot humble, they treat every case the same level of professionalism and take ownership regardless how big or small! BUT this lawyer is different he will set u aside and don't value his client! Even if u have just the most quickest simple question he will make sure he get a case number so he can charge MetLife to the penny ! Lol Then u will hear nothing from him he don't answer phone calls (no matter how many voice mails you left him), no email response! nothing! He will leave u hanging dry, that's how terrible the service is! So, please to ppl who is seeking legal help do ur self a favor seek somewhere else, u can find a better compasionate, caring and way more professional and someone u can TRUST, who can treat u like a human being especially with respect as a client that values your time!
