Recommend for all immigration need ,special Motion to reopen , I lost my green card because of my felony back year 2001 got my pardon June 2017 and she file motion reopen Not even 90 day ,the judge terminated my remove order. Do not use, they just want you to plea without hearing what happened

My husband was being held by ICE and was in deportation proceedings. Asma was our immigration lawyer throughout the process. Asma is an exceptional lawyer and attended to our needs at all times. She made sure that everything was ready for our hearings to a point that we didn't even need to have 3 total hearings, we just had 2 hearings(master calendar hearing and the individual hearing). She always updated us whenever she would turn anything in or whenever she found out about an update about my husband’s case. She is very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. She comforted us whenever we needed it and reminded us that she was going to be by our sides through the whole thing. My family and I highly recommend her!

I have a family law case and wanted to set up a consultation. Prior to calling J Roland Jeters office I called the office of Dennis Crowman and spoke with the receptionist who told me Carol the paralegal was on the phone and she would call me back to set up an appointment. She asked my name and number for a callback. In the meantime I wanted to contact another law office the J Roland Jeter office. I spoke to the SAME receptionist I just spoke to although I called 2 different numbers. I was asking her if I called the correct number and she told me that she thought I was going with Croman I told her I would go with whomever I felt would they could help me with my case best. I assumed maybe this was an answering service for both lawyers. She told me she was the contact for Roland, placed me on hold and put another lady on the phone. I wasn't given a name but this woman was rude front the moment she picked up the phone. She told me it would be a conflict of interest and asked if I had an appointment set up. I told her I didn't have an appointment with Jeter or Croman. She told me that the attorneys were in the same building together. This prompted me to ask more questions as I was confused. I just wanted to know if they were part of the same law group as I was under the impression that these were SEPARATE law practices. I wanted to gain more insight on the situation so I could understand, but was told I was being defensive and I would have to call another law office and she hung up. I felt this woman was looking for a confrontation outside of the courtroom. I have no reason to be defensive as I was simply trying to gain understanding. This is no way to treat potential clients. My rating is purely based on how I was treated and not based on Jeter or Cromans actual work. I wish it could have been different and I wasn't treated so poorly. First impressions are everything. Clients should be spoken to and issues/conflicts should be explained as there websites/names do not reflect that they are part of the same law group.
