Words cannot describe the kind of attorney we hired for my difficult immigration court case. Asma Din is an extraordinary immigration attorney we have in the DFW. She has a big heart, always available when needed and a great listener. She made me feel at ease when the situation felt so bleak. My family and I were living in fear of unknown. I am LPR and was placed in removal proceedings for misrepresentation of material facts after filing for my naturalization. I initially had an attorney who insisted that I take voluntary departure since there were not available waivers for me. I thought through it and decided to look for another attorney. I found Ms. Asma through google search and the wonderful reviews. She was indeed God sent. I had already spent a lot of money with the previous attorney that yielded no results. Ms. Asma was very understanding she walked me through the process and worked out a payment plan which was very reasonable. She requested a waiver hearing with the judge which was granted based on many factors in my case. We had to wait for 2 years for go the individual hearing which was again postponed due to the pandemic. Once the courts were open, she requested to escalate my case which was granted. Ms. Asma is very thorough and attention to detail she believes in her clients. The most important advice I would give anyone with a case like mine is to always say the truth no matter the situation, it will set you free. I am happy to report that after 6 years in removal proceedings, I was finally granted a waiver and received the court order the same day. Thank you very much Ms. Din for your relentless effort on this case, I will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend Ms. Asma Din to anyone having immigration troubles or filing for immigration benefits.
