it’s amazing experience with them ,they all so sweet and nice and I had experience with other company they never answered phone we have to send them emails and after couple days they answer our email but at RIJAL FIRMS if you call in office time they quickly answer phone call and resolve the problem

Overall highly recommended: They take your urgency as their own. The legal part of my case went very smooth. The legal assistant & general assistant both were very polite and took every request I made seriously. I had a doubt that working with them remotely would not be as smooth as in person but it became clear that communication is also their priority along with professionalism. They will answer every question you have and make sure you both are on the same page. They also made sure that the documents being submitted to the case were well formatted to avoid any resubmissions. One thing they could change is the on-hold music on phone calls, that was annoying tbh
