Have dealt with them before as well. As a regular client,i would hope maybe some consulting could be done free of charge like I just wanted to about the rate but the lady that handles the call is adamant about $150 consultation fee. I just need to ask him a question that would not take more than 2 minutes of his time max. Still leaving 4 stars since I do like the attoreys.

Booked phone appointment , didn’t hear on appointed time.No notification ,nothing. Approaching back, got to know attorney was in a medical emergency. Understood ,not her mistake but where are the front desk staff. Shouldn’t they notify prospect? Ok, I called and booked an another appointment, the unprofessional front desk executive asks me to call past one hour of appointment if I don’t hear from attorney🧐. Seriously? Why are you then booking an appointment.I asked to better cancel the appointment if there isn’t any assurance. the worst is she hung up the call on my face without having me finish the conversation. Where are these people come from to ruin CS image. Management heads up. This is not Noora the trainee, but her trainer who never introduced her name.

This a scam company!!! There web site just tried to attach Malware to my phone and nothing on the website is real. Do not click on anything when you pull it up. They also keep calling family trying to get money from her and personal information.

Never never write anything about anyone but yes rijal law firm is the best,best service, front desk lady always pick phone and give all answers personally recommended .

I was in the process of filing my U visa case with another law firm. They were extremely slow to answer any queries and would never respond the phone calls. From the first step I felt heard and loved their customer service. I booked an appointment with Attorney Saurab and he answered all my questions. Then I transferred my case to him and got my Supp B signed in a month when I had been waiting since 6 months at the other place. The paralegal was very patient and helped me gather documents and give me feedback every single time. They filed my U visa on time and helped me in everything. I have completed my biometrics and now I just have to wait for USCIS decision.

After receiving an RFE for my STEM OPT, I was very anxious as I had heard that if there is any complication one can get out of status. After researching a couple of law firms, I stumbled upon Rijal Law Firm. I paid the consultation fees, emailed my RFE and waited for the appointment. Attorney Saurab called me and we discussed in detail about my case. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the topic and with his help, I sent my RFE response to USCIS. I received my approved of the OPT today and I am very happy with their service.
