We hired Mr. Laird because my ex husband passed in December 2014 and did not leave a will. His mother hired Mr. Laird to settle the estate. Mr. Laird filed the paperwork with the court system, and we appeared in court 6 months later. It has now been 3 years and 2 months since we appeared in court and nothing has been settled. He refuses to return phone calls and is never in the office when we go there in person. We have contacted the courts and they refuse to do anything unless it is through the attorney. So, about $5,000.00 later, we are still in the same position...just a little poorer.

Doesn't value her clients time. Gave me an excuse 1st assistant said she was in a conference call. I SAID i was leaving the she cones running out saying she it was a client emergency.

I think she is great she handle my case and got what I needed done and going for a 2nd round so far we have done well I recommend her

Michelle Poblenz is a great lawyer, who is committed to all her cases. She is very reasonable on pricing, and will work with you to help. She puts her clients above money and she makes herself very accessible to her clients.The office has a very professional atmosphere and they fight for your success as there client. I have not met a more caring and focused lawfirm.... No lawyer can win all of there cases, but I have not seen one that works harder to win then Michelle Poblenz.

worst of worst. This so call lawyer has only interest in money she request for her poor service she performed. she let my son sentence for 10 years doing nothing for his defense, she has NO EXPERIENCE at all in criminal cases. We had to hire other lawyer for his appeal and defense. at least this lawyer had visited my son in jail ; that is one thing she never did in 9 months he is in jail. 7000 gone with the wi....this lawyer , if I may rate her and system let me, I will give her minus 5 stars. careful

Horrible, and unprofessional. Every single time I am waiting at court she is the last to show up, and never has her paper work done. I wouldn't recommend spending any of your money with Michelle.

All I did was call in to get some bankruptcy info, and the older guy I spoke with was very rude. I wouldnt give you people my money if my life depended on it.
