Never started the case. Don't text message your Attorney after they contact you. They bill you per letter e.g. (character) not sentence or reply! A busy Attorney doesn't mean their good... a one man show? Bottom line before retaining with credit / cash... Beware!

I would have done better representing myself. He promises so much, delivers nothing except requests for more money. My 12 year old could do more than he did.
