The time that I've known and worked with Dani Sanchez will be unforgettable. I have learned so much from her about Employee Relations and the do's and don'ts of employment law.

Working with Dani has definitely been a challenge. She is not responsive to our needs. We consistently have to make several requests for the same thing. Dani has a tendency to speak to others in a condescending tone. In more than one instance she has screamed at employees and former employees over the telephone. Many people are afraid to approach her because of her rough demeanor and approach. She is knowledgeable in Labor and Employment but not easy to work with.

Dani has a breadth and depth of knowledge across a variety of labor and employment matters beyond her years of practice. She understands that advice must be more than just legal, but also practical. Quick to recommend alternatives, she is constantly looking for a solution to the issue at hand.

Dani has a tendency to speak down to everyone she comes into contact with, even the most senior-level employees she supports. No one is that knowledgeable; we all have something to learn. It doesn't surprise me that she has had to change jobs already...people at BMC could not stand her.
