I had the pleasure to speak with Cathy, and let me just tell you. She is just an absolutely amazing person to speak with. I have never felt so comfortable speaking to anyone so quickly over the phone and I really wish she would have been the type of Lawyer for my needs. She took the time to provide me with a few name of certain Lawyers, accountants, and other individuals that might be able to guide me to a solution to all the problems I have inherited. I truly wish she was practicing in the fields of my needs. Anyone that has the opportunity to work with her, I know is going to be satisfied. Again, thank you so much Mrs. Rath, I cannot even begin to tell you how much hope you gave me with the little bit of guidance you provided. My feet are still in the fire, but I actually feel much better after speaking to you. You truly are a blessing to the community.

Timliness: Poor. The lawyer Ms. Abbasi was 35 mins late for consultation with no appology. Knowledge: i think she had OK knowledge of the topics i was interested to know about. Though i had provided details ahead of time and what INA i will be talking about, but she had to read rules on the go during consultation. USCIS/ DHS rules are complicated and definition may not be what it seems through a quick google search. If i was her, i would have read through the rules in my own time and had a deeper understanding rather than swifting through on the call. Just my opinion. Recommendation: The recommendation was somewhat inline with what i was thinking, though i talked to another lawyer also and he think with proper documentation case can be filed along with an exception for a feasiable outcome, based on similar recent case studies and judgement from immigration court.

Annie Scott is Awesome, Professional, and a really good person. She and her team always kept me in the loop and was easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her great services. Thanks so much Ms. Scott.

I give the law office of Annie Scott 10 stars!!! She is truly an angel, who showed tremendous love and care for my case. I was on a 10 year deferred probation and after 2 years absconded for 8 years. In the midst of that I started a family with 3 beautiful daughters, while making the effort to finish what I had left for the probation. After getting back into the system I was faced with 5 years TDC. Ms. Scott gave me assurance with how she handled a the situation. We followed through with her gameplan and walked away from the courtroom Victorious. Free from probation and jail time, I was in shock. I truly appreciate what she has done for me and my family and words cant Express that enough. For the rest of my life I will cherish this moment and have been overjoyed ever since.
