Annie Scott was appointed a court appointed lawyer to my case and she represented me with all due diligence. I cannon speak for other people experiences, but for me she definitely prepared herself thoroughly and was very helpful in the process.

Annie Scott is an excellent lawyer that is ready to fight for her client. She is very knowledgeable and knows how the court room works.

Ms. Scott is phenomenal! She fought for my son against his high school and the police and got his case dismissed. She even went the extra mile and had his record expunged. She is a life-saver! My son will not be marked for life. His name is clear as if the incident never happened (because it should not have). My advice: hire Ms. Scott if you want an experienced, competent attorney who cares about you. She will work hard to achieve the best outcome.

Was ready to go to trial and fight for me. Ms. Scott has a very strong presence in the courtroom and got my case dismissed before we got to trial. Timliness: Poor. The lawyer Ms. Abbasi was 35 mins late for consultation with no appology. Knowledge: i think she had OK knowledge of the topics i was interested to know about. Though i had provided details ahead of time and what INA i will be talking about, but she had to read rules on the go during consultation. USCIS/ DHS rules are complicated and definition may not be what it seems through a quick google search. If i was her, i would have read through the rules in my own time and had a deeper understanding rather than swifting through on the call. Just my opinion. Recommendation: The recommendation was somewhat inline with what i was thinking, though i talked to another lawyer also and he think with proper documentation case can be filed along with an exception for a feasiable outcome, based on similar recent case studies and judgement from immigration court.
