Ms. Scott knows what she is doing! She doesn't dance around the truth or facts. She tells you like it is and then give a game plan and solution. Her office always answers my calls and questions right away and are so personable. This firm truly will fight for you and help you get your life back. I am so grateful I had found Ms. Scott. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Joe Radler won my case, all other attorneys scoffed and laughed at me at the the thought of trying to win custody of my son when my ex already had been awarded custody. I won....no Joe won it!!! I wasnt swallowed in debt after either. He is a true asset to his proffesion and after dealing with many lawyers, he put my faith in that there are decent lawyers out there. I have only found one however, that is Joe, you should search no further, I guarantee he is solid!! I could keep going , but find out for yourself.

Great attorney

I cannot be anymore honest from one adult to another, looking for an Attorney is scary! What is even scarier is looking for one that you think will fight their best fight for you and your family! Joe doesn't just fight his best fight for you in what is right, he does it all in AMAZING detail to your case and represents you like it's no bodies business! Joe's name was mentioned as a recommendation to me. My friend said call him first and you won't need to call any of the other lawyers on your list... He was my first call and last call and I could not be happier! I'm most certain he has helped so many other families like mine through a very though time. Aside from carrying us through this ugly battle, he's been there non-stop. Through my ugly emotional melt downs, every time he's helped my family feel 100% better about the battle we've been fighting. I've worked for attorneys and he's like no other, you're not just a number to this man! You are a person he shows respect to and gives you hand after hand after hand out of the whole you feel like you are sitting in. Divorce is one of the worst things that's ever happened to me. It is a scary time, a dark time, with lots of unknowns and potential pitfalls. There are so many emotions (rational, and irrational) that one goes through during this time, that make it that much more difficult. Ending a marriage, to someone you thought you'd be with forever, is traumatic. I hired Joe to be my attorney, and from the get-go he has been nothing but kind, patient, understanding, and most importantly, WARM. I have NEVER felt like I am just another client, and he has helped me through some pretty rough times in my case - not only with his legal advice, but has been able to guide me and keep me in check when my emotions wanted to get a hold of me - all of this, with the utmost professionalism and kindness. She was so great with my case I actually went back to her for an early term on the same case. I loved how she made me feel like if no one else was on my side she was knowing my situation she kept in touch with me and and made sure I wasn’t getting into trouble with my probation it just took her being that one person to believe in me, my life has changed so much for the better and I can truly thank her for that.
