I would like to enthusiastically recommend Jennifer Swanson and the Shields Law Firm. After a year and a half of serious medical issues, our daughter had missed a lot of school and was unable to return without assistance. We did not know she needed access to special education services. We needed help, and contacted Shields Law Firm. Ms. Swanson explained all the options our daughter was entitled to and helped us navigate due process successfully. She also helped us prep for our ARD meeting and attended with us. Ms. Swanson made sure we completely understood every step of the process. She was available to answer any question we might have, no matter how small. During the ARD, Ms. Swanson made sure everything was clear and helped us reach the best possible solution for our daughter. Her knowledge and expertise made the ARD process much less stressful. I am very happy to say that our daughter now has all the help she needs to be successful. This would not have been possible without Jennifer Swanson.
