I got involved in a car accident the other day, which resulted in the total loss of my car. Kate reached out to assist me in negotiating a higher value for my car, as the initial appraisal was too low. Kate then assigned me to Suzie, with whom I had an outstanding experience regarding my total loss claim. Suzie's persistence and dedication resulted in a fairer settlement. Her commitment to me as a client was truly phenomenal. I highly recommend Kate and Suzie to anyone needing assistance with an auto claim, especially a total loss.
