I called this attorney on a holiday after leaving messages for over six attorneys for issue that can't wait until after the holiday. I called and left message for Ms. Hutchinson and she immediately called me back. After talking to this attorney she put my mind to rest, to enjoy the holiday and see her Monday. That morning she was on the case with no time. She has kept me informed since then. Though my case is ongoing, Ms. Hutchinson has handle this matter with competence, professionalism, caring and immediacy. I will recommend this great professional, experienced leader and a great human being to anyone with a five stars.

I ad a question about a determining if we should break our lease due to a mold infestation. Susan responded promptly with several options.

Susan was able to help resolve what could have been a potentially ugly situation with an uncooperative landlord. She was extremely patient, listened to our situation, and very clearly explained what our options were, and what the potential outcome of those options might be. She was able to get the situation rectified in a matter of days, and even did so while on vacation. Stellar attorney, and incredibly easy to work with. I'll certainly be using her services going forward, and would highly recommend her to anyone else who may have need of them.
