Complete scam. I was served with a collection notice from Capital One. I reached out to Ciment in june 2019; verbatim from an email from Daniel: "No other law firm offers the level of service that we offer nor the level of expertise that we bring to the table. With my unique background of once being a debt collections attorney, I know how they operate and what they can and cannot do. Now my goal is resolve your debt for a little money as possible. In many cases this can be as little as $0. YES, $0." What a joke. All they did was 'settle' the account. With the attorney fees and monthly payments, it cost me the exact amount of money I owed. Tonya King - the 'attorney' assigned to my case - would hardly ever update me on the status or return my emails/phone calls. STAY WAY from this place. Glad this nightmare is finally over...
