First of all I can’t express with words how grateful, filled with gratitude and in debt how I feel with Mr Dennis Viveiros and his Team. He arrived at the last minute of this nightmare that I was going through and brought a light to be able to cross this bridge and find the solution to the last 6 months of what was the worst nightmare of my life. He took the time to talk to me over the phone on our initial call for over an hour and really listen and understood my situation. Not only does he listen, he also puts himself in my shoes and gave me comfort but he also showed me that there was hope and that unfortunately I got caught in a bad deal and that he and his team would be able to get me out of it. His timing in getting the first emails were on point and he sent me all the paperwork within less than 30 mins of our initial conversation. He even provided me with his personal number in case I need to talk to him over the weekend or if I have a problem. As the process started he and his team including Mrs.Thorn were so kind and helpful. Filling for Bankruptcy is hard enough as understanding the language and dealing with all the pressure and other things that they made this situation so smooth and efficient. They turn my case around in one week, from having no hope with other law firms that were suppose to help me to Mr Viveiros and his team filing my case within 1 week. Mr Viveiros even took a drive for 1.5 hrs to visit the location of my business and walk me through the process and answer all the question I have. Not only he assured his professionalism he provided me with the security of being in the right hands of a legal team that will protect me and do their best on my behalf. Again. I have no words to express how relieved, thankful, and happy I am that I found them and was able to connect with them. After interviewing other Law-firms and dealing with so many options I definitely took the best decision choosing Ciment Law Firm and having Mr Viveiros assist me during this process.
