My son was in a motorcycle accident by no fault of his own. Even though the police even declared him not at fault, the other parties insurance attempted to not have to accept liability. That’s when I was referred to Scott Callaghan’s office to help us. Our auto insurance was successful in winning against the other party to cover the motorcycle being totaled but I was out a lot of money for his medical bills and other expenses.
