I was referred to Donati Brashear for legal advice when I needed to file for divorce. Mr John Patton was our attorney. Our case was resolved successfully . I must commend Ms Leidy Pecina, our paralegal, for the excellent personal attention to our case. Leidy was very professional, responsive, and compassionate during the process. I can recommend their services for divorce filings.

Keith is handling my mother's estate and has prolonged it over 8 years making the grieving process that much harder. The probate case is STILL open, and all though I am an heir and named beneficiary in the will, he REFUSES to release my funds to me. I am owed close to $25,000 and Keith has taken more than $10,000 for his "services" or lack there of. He has been condescending and out right rude to me through out the process. I have a disability and he has only taken advantage of that. Stay away from this law firm at all costs!!

Communication is terrible they don’t respond to emails or call back. They set up 30 mins calls just to bill you ..my divorce was finalized yet the QDRO paperwork was not filed at the time error on their part now waiting months to have this done and paperwork filed is taking a long time. They don’t respond or call back only leaving messages with the receptionist at the beginning of the case everything was great but their customer service definitely declining.

Ridiculous law firm DONATI BRASHEAR LAW FIRM. Hired attorney John patton and he is a lame attorney, Just took the fees and accepted the divorce on opponents conditions. Told me something and something else was in agreement. Nothing came in my favor though the odds were on my side. I tried to contact Donati Brashier and he never gets back even though I made appointments but he never followed through. Whatever the opponent attorney claimed, they got it. John explained me what I wanted to hear and that’s all. When the final divorce was done after 3 months my child support went up and he never responded on time and sometimes never even responded. Long story short I don’t even know where my kid lives and what insurance he has, if any, though I asked him so many times but again no answer from him. Just wanna let the public know that this firm is full of deception and they only care for your money not your case. WILL STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM.

A big shout out to the Donati Brashear Law Firm for helping with my daughter's court case. Jeff and his team were a pleasure to work with. From the first point of contact, Kim was knowledgeable and quick to respond. My daughter had a successful outcome, and the entire process was seamless. 10/10 would recommend.

Jeff Brashier is trash. After representing my case for 4 years and taking $13k from me he withdrew from my case right before my trial and left me with a court appointed attorney even though he had evidence proving my innocence in his possession for over 2 years. I requested repeatedly that he present that evidence to the court which he failed to do. After taking my money and leaving me high and dry he attempted to extort my family even further by offering to testify as a witness on my behalf at my trial. I have been forced to contact the Texas state barr association in order to file a complaint hoping to have him held accountable for what he did to me and my family..

After reading many testimonials for this law firm, specifically for Jeffrey Brashear, my wife and I contacted the Donati Brashear Law Firm. Never got to speak to Jeffrey Brashear himself, but he must have very inept people working for him that insulate him from what they deem as not worthy of his work. They storey that I got from his staff was that they could not verify our legal insurance, which they failed to tell us for several weeks. Then I contacted Texas Legal and they stated that no one from the law firm of Donati Brashear contacted them and our account was in good standing. I am very disappointed in Donati Brashear Law Firm!

It is a waste of time and most of all if you go here NO chances that you will win, you will Lose the custody battle. I WILL STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. I m seeking help from bar association of Texas to put these guys straight and for them not to scam other citizens.
