Very satisfied with the legal advice

The receptionist was the worst. Not even worth one star. Didn't remember me making the appointment the previous day and booked my appointment with someone who wasn't even in the office today. Then had the nerve to tell me to calm down. I use Hyatt Legal services. She didn't verify my insurance and wanted me to do it as I sat in the conference room.

Made an 30min consultation appointment Monday for day before our case. That day came, Thurs. and our appointment was completely forgotten. The only answer we kept getting was there are "no lawyers in and no one you can talk to". We pushed other lawyer appointments away for her and recieved no help at all.

If you actually want representation do not go here, they will take your money and give you nothing in return. I was not briefed before the legal matter that I was pursuing, nor did the attorney do any investigate or research work, devise a strategy or anything. I did not get Mr. Brashear, from what I understand he is a judge, so I was working with one of his associate attorneys. The only communication I got was when it was time to make a payment , My phone calls and emails were never returned,and the attorney that I ended up with, hands were shaking during the hearing which told me that she was unprepared and didn't know what she was doing. There is a lot more things I could say and I also have receipts the backup my complaint, I would say more but I would end up writing a short book.

What can I say. Keith Donati is one of the best attorneys I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He helped me get a great settlement for my case and get my life back. Thank you so much for your help Keith. I can never repay you enough!

These so called professionals are not reliable. As a single mother I thought I was going to people I can trust. From the get go I made it very clear to the associate attorney I wanted to settle without mediation. However that didn't happen because at the end I was assigned to a different lawyer who did not know my case. Not only was my original lawyer late to our first initial court meeting but the terms I had to agree to were terrible. At the end I honestly should've just got an assigned lawyer through the courts which would've saved me thousands. I promise I have the same schedule and child support like every other case. It's been more than six months that my so called case should've been closed but somehow the courts say my ex doesn't have a balance so I tried calling my so called lawyers that are still assigned to me. Yet no one can call me back I've talked to THREE different people who all claim they'd call back and seemed sincere. More than a week later I'm still waiting.

Jefferey Brashear got my DWI case with multiple felony charges completely dismissed. These guys are the best out there. Would recommend to anyone that ever finds themselves under fire from the law.
