Huge shoutout to JC Navarro and her team: Debbie, Emily, Mikaela and Aaron for successfully defending my case. Although the process was long, it was worth it and they communicated the process to me the whole entire time. I was skeptical at first, but after going through the process, I wouldn't want to go through it again without them. They were sincere, professional, and communicative. This has BY FAR been the BEST experience I have ever had working with an attorney. They really did their utmost best to resolve my case as quickly as they could, and even went above and beyond letting me know there were violations of my consumer rights. They worked hard, WON my case, and got my debt released. I really cannot say enough good things about these guys.
