We called and made a prior appointment about one week ago, we discussed we needed a consultation and were even quoted a fee. The receptionist didn't even recognize the phone number on this very Google listing (she had to call it to believe it) much less the existence of our appointment. She agreed the fee was accurate for the service they provide. She kept trying to pin it that if we don't have an email confirmation it never happened. I know I'm at the right place because I took a Lyft to get here so they are clearly this listing. How do I know they didn't typo the email address? How can I trust them with my legal work if they can't communicate among themselves or document calls when they get them, we have an exact day and time we called as well. But nope. On to the next.
