Obi is very detail oriented. From my very first call, it was clear that she was in the field to help people rather than helping herself. Her expertise and professionalism definitely showed when my frustration got the best of me. She demonstrated a great amount of professionalism and empathy. She understands how stressful immigration processes can be, and was always available and If she didn't pick up a call, she would return it in a timely manner. I could go on and on about her, but the result of her diligent work with us speaks for itself. I would first start out by saying that Obi is one of the most detailed people I have ever met.
