Our family had great experience working with Zara. We started our journey together in 2018 with obtaining N400 for myself followed by N400 and N600 processes for my children. Zara supported me through ombudsman process when USCIS took extensive amount of time processing my request. She even travelled to Dallas overnight to support my oldest daughter with her interview process and was able to get her scheduled on the same day oath ceremony.
