Words do no justice in describing how Zara has impacted me. I can type all day here about it but the one thing I would say is she is an ANGEL. She is a good listener, soft-spoken, very emphatic at the same time level-headed when she needs to. I'm not a big fan of lawyers in general BUT she is a rare exception.
