Would not stand up for me or the judge. Broke my ADA rights wouldn't let my service dog in court and sent her with my ex husband. I had a seizure and would not let the paramedic let her come with me.

I retract my previous comments regarding Mr Russell. I was sued again by me ex-wife. The papers were delivered to him because he was my attorney of record. He represented my wishes and helped through the entire process to a resolution.

This attorney takes months to get back with someone who is paying him to get a job done. Now I am reaching out to see if he could get me off pretrial release early since I have completed everything on my end I am being told that I have to pay an extra $500.00 to get off two months early. This is not any way to treat someone who has already paid to retain him as a lawyer. I would not recommend him to anyone.
