I recently contacted Mr. Poehl regarding a DUI 1st (and only) conviction from years ago that an attorney completely UNaffiliated with Nicholas Poehl's practice handled back in 2013. I had failed to receive, from my previous attorney, the Order of Interlock Removal signed by the Judge in Harris County Criminal Courts once my case was closed. I couldn't remove the breathalyzer from my vehicle until I had obtained this signed paperwork, as it would be illegal if I did so. When I contacted Mr. Poehl, as recently as 1 month ago (almost 2 years after my case was deemed inactive), he was more than happy to help. By the end of that very week, as promised, Mr. Poehl had my Interlock Order signed by the Judge and in his hands for me to pick up. He has definitely proved himself to be an attorney that gets things done, and his professionalism and willingness to assist with such a simple matter really made a great impression on me. I would completely recommend attorney Nicholas Poehl to anyone who may be going through the stress, confusion, and uncertainty of a criminal charge.

My case was dismissed! My attorney took call after call from me week after week, I was a nervous wreck while my case was pending, but Nick kept me grounded and didn't let me settle for less then a dismissal!

Julianne was awesome. After our first meeting on my rather difficult family case, I felt like an enormous weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Not only was she a real person (not a stuffy vocabulary freak in a suit) who could relate to my struggle, she was also vastly knowledgeable about cases like mine which can be tricky to most unseasoned lawyers. Don't get me started on the first attorney I sat down with who couldn't answer half of my questions, but seemed happy to slap a retainer agreement contract down in front of me before I had even a chance to digest our conversation. Furthermore, throughout the process I never felt rushed during meetings and felt like she was truly invested in my case. She listened and gave sound advice I hadn't considered before. Her passion for family law is apparent. In the end everything worked out well, and I am pleased with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend her services!
