As a foreign corporate investor into the USA Greg Richards and his accomplished and professional team provided legal services to our business for over 12 years. From the establishment of our initial LLC's through minority partnership dissolutions, and on to representing us in a complicated, but eventually successful sale of the business, Greg Richard's wise counsel and professionalism were apparent. He was tolerant of our unfamiliarity with the American statutes and took time to explain thoroughly and carefully the options available to us and the potential implications of each. The business sale negotiations in particular involved multiple International parties participating and Greg Richard's tact and patience, together with his ability to seek and obtain strategic compromise were significant in achieving a positive outcome. Communication with the Greg Richard's Law Office was always effective and efficient and you were never left waiting for feedback. In summary, Greg Richards has competently and appropriately handled our legal and business interests over an extended period of time and consequently I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending his services to any prospective clients.
