2006 - Hired Greg Richards Esq. of PRH Law firm to Adapt existing Estate Plan documents to comply with Texas law and made some revisions. 2008 - as above, created 4th Amendment to TRT etc as part of comprehensive Estate Plan revision. 2013 - as above, created 5th Amendment to TRT etc as part of comprehensive Estate Plan revision. 2017 - created 6th amendment to Estate Plan and all associated documents. In all the above sessions our requests for changes were fairly complex. Greg was quick to respond explained the reasons for his recommendations and was patient in walking us through the process.
