We hired Attorney Kevin Lockhart to help with a civil matter where a contractor failed to complete the work specified in a building contract. In the initial consultation he listened carefully to our story, took notes, explained the civil laws that were broken, and gave us accurate assessment of the probable outcome of a civil law suit. He took his time and allowed us to ask questions and answered them in a way we could understand the law. He wrote two excellent Demand Letters that outlined the laws that were broken and offered to act as an imtermediary to settle the dispute. We were kept informed throughout the process. In my opinion, Attorney Kevin Lockhart has a great knowledge of the law, is someone down to earth, easy to talk with, and charges a reasonable fee.
