hired by another firm in Dallas to collect data. they completely ignore my request to communicate in writing due to my face being rebuilt from a head on wreck @ 55mph. and talking hurts endless calls. then they drop the ball and don’t collect any info i gave them. think employee change caused issues? but whatever do i know! sent them an email 5/24/24 detailing 14 surgeries . where when who why. they call me yesterday asking if i was having any lick collecting the data because i had said i would do it! DID NOT! then emailed me told me they had no real information collected. so yes i lost it 100% own it sorry for cussing! their response then drop me! so 6 months of a 2 year case time frame lost! i don't know why i even bother trying?

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Although things did take a bit longer than expected. I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased!

I have worked with Morgan and Julie during my claim process. They both have been excellent to work with. If I had any questions I would email them and always had a quick response back. If I had to speak with them, my calls were always taken.
