So grateful for their help! They are by far the best priced, make everything easy and make you feel comfortable. Jami really helped me through this tough time. She was very patient and always answered all of my questions. It felt like she was actually interested in helping me, and not just after the money. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Our interaction with the Carlson Law Firm was one of satisfaction. Communication was ongoing through out the whole process. Unreliable staff. Very amatuer when dealing with simple cases. No credible reasons for delays, just more fees. Feels like a scam more than a professional organization. Dont promise timelines when you consistently fail to meet them. It appears that the staff do not practice closed loop communication nor do they pass on information from one person to another.
