I would recommend Mr. Tisdale and his team. He fought cps in court and won. Not many attorneys will even stand up to cps but he did and did an amazing job as well!

Let me just say Mr. Tisdale and his para heather were absolutely amazing! They never made me feel as if my questions were too much or irrelevant. They were always there especially heather whenever I needed them. I give all the thanks to them that I am finally divorced and able to move forward with my life !

I reached out to Tiedale law firm for my simple custody case. My first complaint was I emailed some very important papers for my case and was told my email had went to "junk" mail. I say simple because both parties were agreeing. I was told one price and 4 weeks later 95% of that pot of money was gone with nothing to show (not even one court hearing) but paperwork that we signed and had notarized ourselves. I was sent an invoice to show where the money had gone. Which was ridiculous (I'm willing to share) because I wish I knew then what I know now. After 95% of that money was gone I was asked for more because you have to keep $1,500 in their pot which I had put that plus more. I discontinued the service because what I was told during the first conversation is not the way it had went. So I just called all the money a lost. This law firm wasn't for me.
