Mr. Walden handled my husband's mistakenly failed urinalysis given by the Army. He was so knowledgeable and professional and really put our minds at ease. He was successful in representing us and making the facts of the case known. The end result was in our favor and I honestly feel that without Mr. Walden's representation that most likely would not have been the case. We appreciate Mr. Walden and his staff so much and highly recommend him to any soldier or civilian in need of sound legal advice and representation!

I first had spoken with Steve in the fall of 2013. I was in dire need of a knowledgable lawyer for a incident i was involved in. I had been arrested and I was released on a 100 thousand dollar bond. My charge was originally a second degree felony in Bell County. After two very long stressful years my criminal trial was finally over. Steve not only had my charge dropped to a third degree but he was also able to get me deferred adjudicated probation. Mr. Walden is a highly credible individual and he is a very diversified lawyer. He knew everything from child custody, CPS, divorce to of course my criminal part. Mr. Walden not once left me misinformed and he never made me appear in court unless needed. He responded to all my frantic calls and emails in a timely manner. However, none of these are the reasons why I'm writing this review. I am writing this review because Steve's actions after all was said and done. This man took my debt and he split it in half; saving me thousand of dollars. Yes, even tho he had worked countless hours during my trials were he had fraught vigorously for me. Mr. Walden doesn't practice law for the money but law simply is he's passion.

Your office staff used to come into the local coffee shop I worked for. You were all so nice, I even remembered your drink orders and had them ready when I saw someone from your office come in. When I got into my car accident and decided it'd be best to hire a lawyer, I didn't hesitate when I chose the Carlson Law Firm to represent me. This was a mistake. Representation? There really is none. I was given a 1 year timeline for my case, and it's just now done and over with 2 years later. You know why? I asked them to give me the rest of my case to finish (bill pay out of my own pocket) because it had taken 2 years for them to "gather and pay my medical bills". I only went to one hospital and one chiropractor that I paid for out of pocket. Would you like to speak with your lawyer or their legal assistant? Good luck on that one. One day I called every hour after months of trying to reach someone to finally hear from my lawyer who had to dig up my case that was obviously not being worked on. The legal assistant Monica, is a horrible human being. She is very unprofessional, and down right rude. She's hung up on me a few times when I asked her to leave a message for my lawyer and then never relayed the message to him. I told my lawyer two years ago that I refused to talk with this woman, and she is one of the reasons why I tried to leave this firm and move to another. For 10k, I thought I would at least be treated like a human being. This woman talks with so much attitude directed at you on the phone, her goal is to treat you this way and to make you feel like crap. I hastily signed the papers with this firm just so I could put them behind me. My final recommendation is to move on to another firm and to avoid the Carlson Law Firm, all it's offices in the Texas area, at all costs.

The people at Carlson Law firm are very professional and helpful. Mandy always to the time to answer all my questions (even the same question) with patience. She explained everything in terms that were clear. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience with an attorney that went above and beyond what we expected. We used Steve Walden to help us with the adoption of our daughter. Steve was the best. His enthusiasm and user friendly attitude made a difficult process very easy. I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone who needs legal help with whatever issue they may be dealing with. This was a great experience for us and we were really glad that we used Steve and his associates who took the time to make the experience special for us.

They were always there to answer all of my questions about my divorce and quick to respond. Steve Walden was so kind and my legal assistant, Brandi was seriously THE BEST!
