She took over my case from a previous attorney that wasn’t helpful at all and Cassandra handled it with such confidence and made sure my concerns were heard. Tim Roehrs is as good and brilliant a lawyer you will find anywhere in the country. He handled my Lawsuit against a truck company and driver. Although my injuries were/are nothing to laugh about, they were not bone-crushing or catastrophic; and Tim Roehrs settled the case for almost $200,000. I hope I never again need an attorney, but if I do, it will definitely be him.

After a year of retaining services I had only spoken to my attorney one time over the phone and it sounded like the first time he had looked at the case. He told me the insurance company said they’re not liable and asked me what or how we should go forward. This to me was unacceptable and unprofessional. All communication was in the form of email or phone call from one of the paralegals. At most one phone call a month, sometimes nothing for a month or two. After 14 months I got a call from the paralegal saying they didn’t want to take my case to court because of COVID-19 and backed up litigations. Which is a complete lie, and just their way of saying it’s not worth their time to push the case any further. I now have eight months left to file a claim before my limitations expire.
