I was hit by a moving vehicle at 55mph while crossing street broke both legs... Both knees... had internal surgery... Fractured pelvic... fractured scapula....attorneys came PROMISING TO REPRESENT ME TO THE FULLEST.... AND to GET ME MONIES AWARDED. I signed contract A YR and a half later attorney claimed it was a complex case n wanted to drop it.... I contacted the firm requesting the file all they claim to have is video footage... NO SUIT WAS FILED... WHERE IS MY FILE???? I have a NY ATTORNEY WITH INTEREST IN CASE as this new Lawyer explained the driver of the vehicle would still have some form of NEGLIGENCE AT SOME PERCENTAGE... CARLSON DOES NOT EVEN CLAIM TO HAVE THE CONTRACT I SIGNED... THEY HAVE A SMALL FILE VIDEO FOOTAGE AND A LIEN FROM THE MEDICAL DEPT

Excellent services. I got in a car accident and this firm took care of my claim. The process was very smooth because of them. Attorney Jody Leake manage my case in a very proffecinal way Legal assistant Gerry Avila walked me through the whole process and kept me inform of what was going on. Always very polite and answered all my questions everytime I called. They made should that got the best medical treatment and I did not worry about any bill, the managed everything. They are very professionals and proficient in their job.

I have never had a consultation at this Law firm regarding my own personal issues but was told TODAY that my name rendered a "RED FLAG," in their system and unfortunately they would not be able to assist me any further. The representative could not give me any explanation as to what that meant. I explained that there must be some type of explanation as to why I am unable to seek services at an office that I've never hired legal representation from. She still insisted that the information did not show anything as to why they could not help me past my personal information provided to her. How does a name and phone number come back as a RED FLAG in your system when the name is common and phone numbers generate? There should be more of an explanation other than, "It doesn't tell me anything, I'm sorry."
