This is the best Law firm in the country, to say they do amazing work is an understatement they are the best people to work with, Rachel Magnon is an angel in my eyes, i urge anyone whos needing a law office to please use them, you will not be disappointed i can assure you, they go above and beyond.

I reached out to Mr. Pritchard's office Following a situation, and which I had to seek new counsel for my case. The staff were friendly and very helpful, as well as considerate, and they were able to get me in quickly. Mr. Pritchard was well, knowledgeable, honest, direct, and very clear about what I could expect to occur in my case Mr. Pritchard had the family law code book there to reference, and show me personally what it stated, he took his time Insured, all my questions were answered. Mr. Pritchard provided Honest and direct feedback, and thankfully, even after the consultation, the staff, and even Mr. Pritchard himself answered some follow-up questions. The office is well kept everyone was very professional, and I felt like a priority while I was there and even after I've left. His office staff has a tendency to follow up not just to ask about. Retention but also also to check on you emotionally that's a level of care and concern. I have not found with any other attorney in the county. It may not be what you want to hear as far as what you want, but what you can count on is that it is ethical within the parameters of the law Realistic so you don't feel you were built up for a letdown. I would much rather work with someone Who is realistic and straight then somebody who gives me false hope, and walks away, leaving me feeling defeated. The expression "it is what it is" Is about as realistic and honest, but they will advocate to the best of their ability within the law to get you a fair outcome. I don't think you'll be disappointed with an initial consultation, and when I'm able, I fully intend to retain them to assist my case. In the medical field, we talk about good side manner I would say, Mr. Pritchard and his staff and Colleen exude excellent bedside manner. They genuinely care about the people they represent.

My attorney Ms. Slay and Mr. Linick were my attorney for a criminal case. These attorney's took care of everything and were great in and out of the court room. Whenever I had questions Ms. Dallas the paralegal would respond quickly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Don't waste your time or money. The lawyer we had literally just sat on the phone in silence during every interview. Then, at the end of each call, she would say, "You did a good job," and hang up. The paralegal and the rest of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. If I could rate them separately, they would get 5 stars. They are the ONLY reason I even put 2 stars.

The attorneys, paralegals and staff are amazing at their jobs, they will “turn off” the legal aspect and turn on the compassionate aspect and talk to you when you feel like there’s almost no hope…. They will be there with you every step of the way, even if you have to vent! They are military-friendly and even render aid when you’re on the other side of the world that really means a lot. Brett Pritchard and Associates, I owe it to all of you team! and most of all Mr. E (attorney) and Mrs. Nunez (paralegal) y’all are awesome. Just look at how they are responding to reviews and this will give you an inclination of how they conduct business with this firm. If you want a firm thats going to drag their feet and also tell you that if you contact the courts that you will hinder your process (after not being timely) this is the place for ya! Its crazy how my sibling has been dealing with you all for almost a year and you all FAILED to get her the correct paperwork. For a firm that has been in the area since I can remember and has worked with the military, its crazy to me that we don’t clarify and ensure that legal documents are appropriate for whatever someone needs. Now, my sister, who is super kind, and asked me to wait to do this review out of fear of retaliatory behavior, has to further delay her enlistment into the military for YALLS failure. Money wasted because she STILL has to get something else done. Smh. And a paralegal “advising” her not to go to the court directly after there was a lack in continuity and timeliness was highly inappropriate. Telling a client that they will hinder their process for going to the horses mouth because “they (the courts) tend to not like it” is wild. In what professional capacity was that portion necessary? Something along the lines of “Reassure you we are doing our best to ensure everything is being taken care of” would’ve sufficed. Again, for the amount of money you all get paid, this makes no sense. And I would LOVE for a paralegal, lawyer, etc. to be retaliatory towards my sister…I would love nothing more than to research how to “address” that appropriately since you all have already made her feel like she “hindered” a process that yall were paid to assist her with.
