I met with Brett Pritchard in order to obtain guidance on what I should do to assist my parents in maintaining their quality of life and not be taken advantage of by their youngest son (my younger brother). After seeking assistance from Adult Protective Services, for almost a year, my parents' circumstances (especially my mother's) worsened. I realized that I needed professional help outside of APS. Mr. Pritchard listened with compassion and provided sound counsel. Although he could not take the case, he recommended that I contact a lawyer in the county where my parents live. I am very appreciative for his advice and I truly believe that he has each of his client's best interest in mind.

No one in their right mind enjoys having to deal with ANY court proceeding/s, and then on top of that awful thought....We must WORRY and FRET over finding a GENUINE HONEST, DEDICATED and AFFORDABLE, Attorney. I was shocked to find this was the first law office that didn't feel the need to price gouge. He gave me a flat price that was far more reasonable than the likes of other known law firms who quoted me double, almost triple his price. I never felt out the loop during my divorce process and never once had to check up to see how things were going. I received emails from his firm almost daily. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a family law attorney.

I have been reading reviews on alot of attorneys in the Bell County area & so far havent seen many good reviews on an attorney until i came across Mr.Pritchard. My Husband & I went to see Mr.Pritchard on a Modification, Just talking with him gave us so much hope. Brett Pritchard stepped into a horrible situation with kids we were going to adopt. It already involved CPS due to fake accusations our potential adopted son was making, which put our biological son in danger of being taken by CPS. Brett was able to file injunctions that prevented CPS from taking our biological son, defended our family from the false accusations, and got the mentally ill teen we were going to adopt removed permanently from our house at our request. We would not hesitate to hire Brett again if we ever had a family law situation again.

consulted with Brett Pritchard about a family matter. He helped so much just during the consultation. He managed to give the advice to keep my son from being taken out of state. If I did not consult with him that day my son would most likely be out of state at this moment. Ryan Lawton from the Brett Pritchard Law firm is who represented us. He was awesome.
