We were looking for a firm to help us with our estate planning documents that we assumed were “portable” from a different state. Guess what? They were not. Good news? Charioty, Carol, and staff were so kind and helpful and were able to turn the documents around in record time to ensure we had updated documents (in case needed) for an upcoming medical procedure. Charity James and Carol Dill went above and beyond when my Father unexpectedly passed away without a will. I reside in Kentucky and they were able to help me via phone and email, so that I did not have to travel to TX. I had no clue where to begin and they held my hand through the whole process. I chose them because of all of the 5 star google reviews. Please consider them for your legal needs. They will not disappoint! I do wish that I could have met them in person to give them a big hug!

I hired Charioty James to help with my will, advance directives, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and delightful! She educates as she guides you through the overwhelming maze of legal documents. Charioty and Carol (Paralegal) are the best. You won't be disappointed! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Trying to go back and forth to court on your own takes time and money. After almost an entire year of legal battles, I became too overwhelmed and called Charioty. She threw out all the forms I had and completely rewrote everything on her own. She asked me a couple questions to better understand my situation, asked me to sign a couple things, told me not to worry about a thing, and did everything for me. It was SUCH a weight lifted off my shoulders! What took me almost a year, she and her team completed in less than a month. We went to court once, and everything was done. Her right hand lady, Carol, is also an angel that roams the earth, filled with knowledge. Any questions I had, she answered right away through phone call and responded to my emails same day every time. I was worried that I’d be making payments for months to come paying off lawyer fees, but even as a single mom, her rates were affordable! If you’re exhausted and need a lawyer, James and Parlange is the way to go.
