Jill Gately was great to work with. She got the charges dismissed, and her fees are reasonable.

Her case list is huge and she wrangles it like a pro. She’s also impressive in her composure and grasp of details. My son was in trouble and she got him an amazing deal. He got in real trouble the next time and she still managed to keep his record felony free. Highly recommend!

My son was locked up in TCCC for attempted aggravated assault, and Mrs Gately was his attorney. We went to court every month after he was released in November of 2022. By June of 2023, Ben was done with the diversion program and in August the charges were dismissed from his record. He now works full time as a manager at Wendy’s and is a productive member of society, while looking for a second job! In the past, this child was homeless on the streets, got in trouble with the law for drug use, now his life has done a complete 180! So grateful to Attorney Jill Gately for all the help she provided in helping this child find some balance in his life. My gratitude is immeasurable!
