Edit: Original review from 6 yrs ago Mike is awesome and i would use him again, but the billing department nickels and dimes you except instead of nickels and dimes it's $$ bills. I had asked my stuff to be scanned from the very beginning before even getting an estimate on the fees. When i got a quote for the work i accepted. At the end of the work, i left their office towards the end of the work day and since the assistant wasn't around to scan the docs then I was told to leave the originals there and originals were going to be mailed to me. Well, a few days later I asked for the scanned copies and was quoted $100 extra. Ok, they made scanned copies for themselves and I have to pay $100 for the assistant to push the "send email" button? No thanks. Then eventually i got the originals in the mail and scanned them myself in less than 5 mins. Now I got the bill for $13 for the mailed package... wth?? I was there at the office, you could have handed it over to me on the spot. Fine, I'll give you your miserable $13, which is nothing in comparison of what I paid. But you lost a client forever.

Erin, Mike, and Meagan worked on a special project for me and the outcome was very successful thanks to their work and responsiveness.
