He is a very blunt individual; he does not sugar coat anything and will tell you the truth regardless of what you think. Might take his time but the ending result is what he promised. I always refer him to my friends, haven't heard good things about their cases.

This attorney was straight forward with me from the very beginning. When I came into problems financially he was willing to give me a payment plan. I knew my process would take a long time but in the end it was all worth it. He didn't only help me with my immigration problems he also helped me with my criminal charges. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

Be aware Mr Tellez is good to take your money and show no results he is not will to work on my case. I try to work and wait for as long as I could even paid the money he ask for but still no results. I needed to hire another lawyer to get the job done.

I would not give him one star. He was disciplined and could not even work but charged and made me sweat to get my money back. He has no honor. He has no word. He should not even be allowed to practice. He offers immigration and hardly knows.

I hired Jose Tellez a couple years ago to work on my immigration matter. Knowing my situation, I got a free consultation and he took my case. I am happy to say he has helped myself wife and children get our lives together. He is a straight forward attorney and doesn't give you the run around. Yes he is hard to contact, he's secretary's take all his calls but my issue was a lost cause according to the other Attorney I consulted , Jose Tellez successfully helped me and never doubted my matter could be resolved.

I recommend that you DO NOT call this person. I called inquiring about whether they consult initially for free and the secretary informed me and I quote, "We recommend that our clients bring $100 to our free consultation just in case he decides to charge that day." After expressing that my interest was only in free consultations, the lady asked for my name and number. Confused, I asked if she was offering me a free visit after all. She said, "No." I asked what the need was to take my information down and she responded with "We need to write down information about all our RECORDED CALLS." Sounds shady to me. NO LE LLAMES!

Jose Tellez, by all intents and purposes, was a seemingly pleasant and “results driven” lawyer, upon initial consultation. However, after receiving a substantial retainer, Mr. Tellez was incommunicado, even after countless attempts to gain telephone and in-person contact. What makes matters worse, I was referred to Mr. Tellez by a close friend, which I believed would undoubtedly secure my ticket to an expeditious trial. However, that was not at all how things would transpire. After four months of unreturned phone calls, unseen office visits, and unrequited legal action, I was forced to hire another lawyer to represent my interests. Mr. Tellez, to say the least, was an expensive disappointment. Please consider this post before making any future legal arrangements. Thank You.

This guy is shady. Kept us poorly informed and only called to make sure his money was on the way. He just does the littlest amount of work possible with your cash. I should have know after he asked for $1,000 wired to him Western Union or he wouldn't help. And he wouldn't take any major credit cards, just cash. That was my first warning but I was ignorant for not following my gut about this guy. It was the worst experience of my life and these are the guys that give lawyers a bad name.
